Design, Bitches lead the design as the Creative Director and Design Architect for the re-imagining of Runway. The shopping district was historically associated with Howard Hughes’ aviation empire. We collaborated with a team of landscape architects and graphic designers to reenvision a neighborhood shopping district, creating a human scaled town square. Centered around a former central street, the space hosts activities for patrons and residents that is visually rich, encouraging pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
