Happy Fast Delicious was created to bring joy and efficiency to the drive through coffee experience. We worked with the founder to design a customer journey and physical presence that matches the energy and fun embodied in the brand. We designed the conceptual spatial protoype and consulted on branding integration for multiple locations. The bold color palette and signage draw smiles and engagement from those driving by. We worked to optimize the siteplan for flow and integration with the ordering app, adding moments of surprise and delight throughout the experience for both cars & pedestrians.
